[Resolved]  Savings Account — salary amount not credited

i have an account with state bank of india having account no. [protected]. this is the latest modified number. i am using this account since 1987. so, i have very sincere concern when things did not happen in the right direction.

for the last 4-5 months, my salary is not being credited on the first day or even in the first week of the month which is troubling me very much. this month, even on 14th day of the month, my salary is not credited. this time, my salary amount is Rs.24267/-. at present i am working with South Central Railway. i am working in Raichur where i was temporarily posted. even then, my salary is passed in secunderabad and credited in the bank which is at Anandbagh, safilguda (6 KM apart from the secunderabad office).

recently this railway is sending the cheque in the name of the banker with an enclosure indicating the details of the employees' accounts and the amounts to be credited to their account numbers mentioned in the statement. in my case, my name is the only account appearing in the statement. there is one bank "syndicate bank" situated in my office premises (rail nilayam) which gives credit on the last day of the previous month.
i want your good offices to examine the reason for this delay and i would like to know whether the bank can take additional care and efforts for getting my salary amount credited much earlier.

as of now, i can see three agencies involved in this system. cheque will be despatched to cash office on the last day of the previous month. later on cash office, post office and state bank of india are involved.
kindly have it examined and give me the feed back for which i will be highly obliged.
