I M FROM LIBERTY INFOTECH GHARAUNDA (DIST KARNAL)

IN GHARAUNDA BRANCH CASHIER IS SO LASY & HE NOT TO DO HIS WORK PROPERLY.

HE IS SITTING EVERY TIME IN LASY MOOD.

ALL TIME HE SAYS NETWORK RUN SO LOW.
On 12/12/10 i wannted to book online train booking but due to server down, i could not to it.I was cursing myself for not having net banking facility of other banks, asinthe evening reservation status got changed.

SBI Bank — deducted 5000 rs in corporation bank atm

dear sir/madam
I am Raghavendra.S. i having sb a/c in hongasandra from past 20 months.( a/c.no, [protected]).....on 10th at 12.20 pm i went corporation bank atm ( ATM NO.COBN110292) in hsr layout 2 nd sector 560102. i checked the balance it was 15224 rs. then i entered 15000 rs for withdraw but it shows max 10000 rs trans at a time RESCODE# 0072, then i entered 10000 rs i got( REFR 550428) , again i entered 5000 rs but it is not came.in kiosk(display) it shows trasaction declined refer no 055 like that came then i came out and on 11th morning 11.10am i checked the balance in same atm,it shows only 224 rs but it should be 5224 rs, then same time i called helpline[protected] then i checked the balace it same, then i shocked, there also i registered the complaint (complaint no AT[protected])
please do the needful and pls give the justice to us Sir..

SBI Bank — not adjusting my account properly

I AM A CREDIT CARD HOLDER OF SBI CARD NUMBER [protected].I paid Rs5000/ - against my credit card on 11/4/2011 vide cheuque no.473645 and i sent the proof that my bank has debited it against my account and payment has been made to sbi on 11/4/2011; i fax the related documents on fax no. [protected].necessary action may please be taken.Otherwise i will go to court of law.

SBI Bank — Unnecessary money debitation

Sir,
Im Somnath Das from Kolkata is to mention you that, in18th Octoberber 2008, in ATM Rs 900/- was punched for 2 times but no cash was recieved, but in the passbook Rs900/- was debited for both the times.Later Rs 900 was returned which was debited by the first punch but the other Rs900 which was debited by the second punch was not.
I have already sent two letters about the mentioneded subject on 17th Dec 2008 and 25th March 2009 to my Branch manager of BB Avenue kol.4 of SBI bank but no replies or further steps were taken for the case.
However , your co-operation is expected in this matter with an expidiation action for early settlement of the case with up-to-date interest of the said amount i.e, Rs900/-.

SBI Bank — Misbehaviour

Dear Sir / Madam
I applied for cheque Book 5/05/2011 but still have not received so inquired about this but not replying properly they told check with your post office I checked but nothing over there with that I gave second cheque book request also but both I cheque book I have not received My main problem is I have to issue cheque for my other payment. But over their MR Rajiv Ranjan officer setting and started I asking me why you applying so many cheque book i told him I have not received that’s why, he told so what and I told him pls do some fervuor for my cheque book but that time he is not doing any favors but using abusing languages so I am upset. I said mind your language because I am talking with politely , he told me go away and do whatever u a want to do and he used very bad languages for my cast and for my family like bloody Muslim and he used abuse language for my mother and sister also.

So kindly do fevour for my cheque book and with that I want MR RAJIV RANJAN should explain why he setting over their just for misbehaving with customer.

SBI Bank — Writing with ball-pen on Notes

When we enter any bank and deposit cash,the cashier has a bad habit of writing on it with a ball pen. It hurts to see them damaging the national property. We even cant tell them not to do so,since these employees have zero knowledge of customer service and think that they are doing us a favor.
Cant they use a pencil instead?
We need to spread the awareness of not writing on our currency notes.
