dear sir, i have received my exam details on my phone but i can received my call letter yet so what can i do please send me solution immediatily.

I have my saving account in SBI bank at navi mumbai "BAPMC" branch.Whenever I done the transaction through my branch. I regularly update my passbook.Now I am shifted to new panvel. Just few month before one new branch of SBI open there.There is a facility of printer to update the passbook.I ask him to update the passbook . The employee present there inform that, if your sving account is from another branch than there will be 10 Rs. charges cut from your account. If I have same bank than why should there are charges to update passbook. Also the behaviour of employee was not sound.
