[Resolved]  SBI Bank — amount wrongly debited during atm transaction.

my complaint number is cc[protected] regarding to my atm withdrawl there was a wrong trans.of 3000 rs .i had wdl 3000 rs on 18th of oct n the thing is that the slip which i got from atm machine on 19th of oct its showing that there was a trans.of 3000rs twice on 19th which i havent taken i wdl 2000rs which is genuine and the slip is not showing the tans.of 18th oct the amount of 3000rs which i had wdl.and the worst part is that no body is sincere regarding to your staff there in jakhan branch which is locater in dehradun, when i told them abt this compalin mr.rawat told me that come after 14 days when i went there after 16 days mr.rawat says that i m sorry i havent check anything u come after 3 days when i went over there after 3 days now again mr.rawat is saying that u come on 22nd of nov becoz mr.rawat is going somwhere on holidays and amita raturi the branch head is already on leave... so nobody is there to take complain .hope this complain will effect a little bit...thanks.wating for ur reply...

I am your bank account holder and I would like to bring your notice that during the SBI atm transaction done on 2nd april 2009 I did not receive the amount from the atm machine but the money was wrongly debited from my account.the amount is 5000.
