Date: November 5, 2007 To The Manager, Customer Services SBI Cards To whom it may concern that myself Mr. Prasad Sahebrao Deshpande was having card #[protected]. I have got one card for one year after that in June 2006 but you charged me annual fees for that card so I was not interested with your relationship and I already informed you about that. Even after, you sent me the statements and SMS time to time. With your letter dated November 10, 2006, with reference #MQ[protected] you had written that again you give me a chance to continue the relationship with you. If you cancelled my all dues and give me a lifetime card without any card fees then please send me a new card on my following new address. Also I do no want any insurance policy on this card. To whom it may concern that myself Ms. Ramadevi Kilari. 3 years back i took one card, and I was not interested with that card that's why i didn't made any transaction. I called them for cancellation, then they cancelled the card. after that i didn't get any SMS. But from 6 months onwards i am getting the SMS monthly. Actually i didn't remember that card number also.
