SBI Cards — Spicejet Card Voucher | |
Dear SBI,
This is in reference to the Spicejet Credit Card which was issued by your end with a Spicejet Redemption Voucher.
I had applied for the same and received the card and the voucher at the time of joining, but when i tried to use the voucher for a booking, i received a mail from Spicejet that the voucher details provided to me was of an already used voucher.
The same was complained to SBI as well as the Credit Card division.
After several Mails also there was no reply and the only thing which was told that the matter is under process.
Later the Customer Relations Dept was also contacted via the Toll Free no and i was advised to make the booking on behalf of SBI, as my travel was urgent and the new voucher was not provided.
It was a clear case of forgery and cheating as an used voucher was provided and further no immediate action was taken.
The SBI officials have been calling me and creating a mental harassment as every bit of conversation was provided by mail, yet they call and ask the issue every now and often.
I seek compensation as i have been cheated by SBI, by making false promises and providing an used voucher.
