Dear Sir, My complaint No. CR.[protected]. I have received message that the matter has been attended and closed after resolution as :Excess amount refunded on 04/05/2015, but till date no fund has been credtedo my a/c .[protected].

On 18/3/15 I went to the ATM of the home branch to withdraw cash but after entering details the screen was disappeared and I got the message that 6000 Rupees. debited from the account without withdraw from ATM
