SBI Credit Card — Non receiving of monthly bill statement at postal address
Respected Sir/Madam,I Rajeev Jain user of SBI Credit Card would like to inform you that since past three months i have not receive any of monthly bill statement at my residence address. So, it is been requested you to please make sure that in future it should be reached to us on time. Secondly, i request you to please credit the late fees and service tax to my account in next bill statement because i had drop the cheque in your drop box on time of my previous payments.

I have taken loan 3 months before, and I have given two cheqes
but when i received the statement , they didn,t detect the clearing amt. and i asked in the toll free number to give the clear statement, before 10 days. At present I won,t receive , so
I want to take action against credit card loan ,get suggestion from you,
