[Resolved] SBI Credit Card - Shubh Yatra - IRCTC — NON-RECEIPT OF CREDIT CARD OR STATUS | |
I DO NOT HAVE RECEIVED CREDIT CARD AFTER TWO MONTHS, SOME EXECUTIVE FROM THE BANK HAD APPROACHED ME AT MY WORK PALCE AND PERSUE ME TO APPLY FOR SBI-RAILWAY CREDIT CARD AND TOOK MY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ALONGWIITH APPLICATION AND DID NOT GAVE ME ANY REFERENCE. I HAVE APPROCHED BANK'S HELP LINE FOR CREDIT CARD APPLICATION STATUS BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION OR STATUS REGARDING MY APPLICATION. Dear Sir/Madam,I have registered in Shubh yatra & IRCTC. A call came from your customer care regarding Purchase of Shubh Yatra Credit Card. I am a SBI Railway credit card holder and shub yatra member. My member id is [protected].
I forgot my passwork for e-rail ticket. My user id is : EEPAK19768.
Please send me the password at the earliest as i had booked tickets for my travel and i am not able to take a print of this.

I have mesage to my irctc account that Your accout is blocked or you may not be able to redeem point due to technical issue.
Regret the incovenience caused.
late week i have 527 redeem point, now it is 439 only.i dont now how it is reduce or why?

As per the rules to apply the Sbi Card + Subh Yatra Card from the IRCTC.CO.IN for the subh Yatra Registration, I had deposited the Required Fees (Rigistration Charge) of Rs. 572/- On 16th July 2012 vide Reff No. 9831664 through Net banking. But till date no Response from Your side.Please tell me what can I do or any compaint no.or any person who help me in this matter
