I had applied an internet banking to my sbi branch and received the user name and password but when i log in the onlinesbi.com it tells me that you have incorrect username and password please tell me what is the problem behind this.

I GOT A KIT FOR INTERNET ACCESS ON 23.10.09 AT 1 PM AND REQUESTED TO USE THAT AFTER 24 HOURS. I AM USED THE SAME ON 26.10.09 ( AFTER 72 HRS) THE RESULT WAS INVALID ID/PASSWORD. PL DO THE NEEDFUL.. I have an account with SBI. On applying for internet banking i received the net banking kit from the bank that includes the user id and password. I am unable to log in, using the same.
I am aware that i need to first change the user id to user name but i am unable to do it. Kindly assist me with the same

I got the information when log on my internet banking is
"You do not have any accounts mapped to this username. Please contact your branch."
I dont know who to map. Please help me to solve my problem.
