State Bank of India — internet banking ( fund not transferred)
Hi sir,I have transfered 50,000 through internet banking (inter bank transfer via NEFT) ON 14-AUG-2009, the amount is debited from my account but it is not credited to target account till date, previously i have transfer many times to that acc and they transfered succesfully within 3-4 days but this time it is not transfered. i have raise ticket and i didn't get any reliable response , i have given application to my branch manager but he also unable to trace the amount so please guide what to do. my account details are:

we have instead of changing to password we have reseted the user login id in administrator id. so for getting new user id kit what is the process & where should we apply for it? please kindly help me in this matter.

Three weeks back, i internet banking kit from bank and on same day. they said that account wll activate within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.
whenever i trying to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password

I paid advance tax on line last year but this year I could not pay the tax on line.as it says invalid user name / password every time. when i persisted my account was blocked for 24 hrs. Now I am trying for last one hr. without success.

I had applied for internet banking with SBI Chilwaria three months back and got the ready to use kit No.[protected], Packet No.63492, Circle Code.05 & Serial No.32 from our SBI branch Chilwaria branch code No. 5359, whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it shown invalid username or password. I made complaints to my branch manager at SBI, Chilwaria branch and he told me that I will get another private & comfidential code & ID through post issued by State Bank Group. After Fifteen days I received a confidential code through Sr. No. A 3981981, In this letter it is also mentioned that User ID will send to me separately within 7 days but I would say after getting a bitter experience that till date I have not received any letter containing another code/Username which is required to use Internet Banking.Hope for early and quick response.

I have my saving account in your bank in Odfort Allahabad branch. I got my users name and password but till the date i am not able to access that, whenever I am trying to login, i am getting the same information that is “invalid user name & password.”
I have already talked to your breach but not getting any technical support from there.
Please take care of that.
