Activation Problem
Sir,
I got my internet banking kit from my branch on 9th Feb 2010.
But till now I am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and password".
Plz activate my online banking account as soon as possible.
The State Bank should improve their service before promising anything.

two weeks back, i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 1 day but still i am waiting for it.
whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. i ask about to my bank they said "there is a problem on site" . After that they had given me a another kit but it is also not working. If i went to sbi bank and raised this issue but they r telling that we cannot do anything and they r saying that open a new account then we can give u all prosperties with new account.. but they r not thinking about my old account net banking. if i want to close the old account means there is a link with demat account and trading account that's y i am unable to close my account...now want i have to do give me any suggestion...

Today i did my online line registration and i got the kit from the branch officer. But i cant able to actiate my account. Whenever i login using the user id and the password given in the kit, its shwing invalid user name and password. What should i do now?

I have an account with SBI. On applying for internet banking i received the net banking kit from the bank that includes the user id and password. I am unable to log in, using the same.
I am aware that i need to first change the user id to user name but i am unable to do it. Kindly assist me with the same
