[Resolved]  SBI Railway Credit Card — SBI Railway card - 501rs

I had applied for Railway SBI credit card and later on I cancelled it due to some inconvinience. So I have not recieved any card from INDIAN RALWAY CATERING and its expected as I cancelled the card. But 501 Rs which I was supposed to pay for card was already paid from my ICICI credit card account and same is not reversed from INDIAN RALWAY CATERING.

501Rs was transfered from [protected] credit card account to INDIAN RAILWAYS CATERING on 7th Aug at 1:47pm. Please reverse back the amount to my [protected] credit card account.

i applied for SBI RAILWAY CARD past 2 months before.still i didnt receive any information from your side. lot of representative make a phone call to me(regarding New SBI RAILWAY CARD.) I Informed to the representative i already applied still i didnt receive the card. they replied ok sir, we will check it & revert back to you sir.

since i applied for sbi railway card same thing happened that money got deducted from my account but i dint received the card. but, the customer care helped me to get it done, finally i got the card but its quite late. it might some processing problem. people dont spread negativity about the shubhyatra programme because it helps a lot for the frequent travellers and sbi railway card too to give mega offers
