[Resolved]  SBI Railway Credit Card — Wrong Online Transaction happened by Hacking

Sir/Mam,

This is the moment when i m puzzled because my card no. and password has been hacked i thnk my security password has also been hacked.
today, at 8.28 pm onwards till 9.28 pm. my all balance amount has been transferred by someone VODAFONE or any other mobile services. the details are as follows :

3 hrs. i have been trying all customer care nos.

only i got the computer feeded answer, now i am very fed up with this.

this is very redeculous that customer not have been brief to what to do emergency, when this type of transactions happened.
