[Resolved]  Seventymm — Worst Online experience

I was interested in buying a product Reimond Frank Jacket - Black size L for my husband. So I added the product in the cart but didn't place the order since Seventymm doesn't provide a "Size Chart" for their products. The next day I got a call from their Sales department from Mumbai head office describing that it is a very nice product and go for it. I made our intention clear since the size chart (Like chest size, waist size and lenght) is not visible how can we order this product but the sales girl insisted and call us again to go for the product assuring that in case of size issue we will replace the product for free.
After such kind of assistance we feel nice and finally ordered product "Reimond Frank Jacket - Black size worth Rs 899" from Seventymm Size "L" on 22-Nov-2012. We finally received the product on 28-Nov-2012 order id "SMA0477215" but the thing we worried about happened. The size doesn't fit to me and so need a Extra Large (XL) for my husband. So called Seventymm to replace the product. Have been told that you have to wait for 8-10 days for replacement. We insisted for a quick process and so my husband returned the package by hand to their Delhi head office in Okhla on the same day ie 28-Nov-2012 receipt 2396 in order to avoid getting the product out of stock. We continuously followed seventymm and asked them to initiate the process to avoid going the product "Out of Stock", but they didn't listen to us.
After 2 days ie 30-Nov-2012 we called them again and assured again that they are dispatching the product and we will reeceive it in next 7-8 days. Just after this conversation we receive a SMS for order cancellation and amount refund. We again called up Seventymm and this time they told us that since the product is Out of Stock your order has been cancelled by the system. I told them what about your promises which was done initailly while purchasing the product, and they have no answer except sorry.
One more interesting thing we got a coupon for 10% cashback and the same was applied while placing the order "SMA0477215", have been told by their customer services that amount will be credited to their account in maximum 48 hours after placing the order. But it didn't happened, so we called up again and this time have been told to wait for another 4-5 working days. Finally on 30-Nov-2012 we called up again and express our concerns and this time a different theory given, we have to wait for card statement to be genereated for amount credited.
During this whole process I called seventymm atleast 20 times to their customer services which is also a total waste of money. Noone from Seventymm even called up that your order is going to cancel you want to wait or not. I have decided that I will never in my life, ever buy any product from seventymm .com. INFACT NOONE SHOULD EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEVENTYMM.COM. They are making fool of customer by not providing the size cart for their products. Even other competitiors like myntra.com, pepperfry.com, tradus.com, yepme.com, zovi.com provides size chart so that the product you buy should perfectly fits to you.

Worst online experience ever face.i think govt should baned there license.And must penalised by some amount.They show different article and sell different. Never buy goods from them
