I have also received similar kind of letter from Shell. But I am sure this is not an official letter from Shell, because why Shell would use e-mail IDs of msn.com, hotmail.com etc. etc. ? They will use their official e-mail ID in case there is some official announcement of such event.

I agree with the complainants airing their grievances. But the companies whose names are being used should come forward for stopping this nonsense so that innocent people shall not be fleeced any more. Money is dear to everybody and such actions from innocent people are imminent. Few communities in the world have just taken people for a ride. Their entries into the countries must be stopped forthwith to get respite.
YES, YOU PEOPLE ARE RIGHT. EVEN I HAVE GOT THE SAME TYPE OF MAIL WHERE I HAVE WON 200, 000 GBP. I HAVE REPLIED TO THE SAME MAIL. THEN I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT THE BANK NAME WHERE I HAVE TO SEND THE OTHER MAIL. I HAVE MAILED TO THE BANK MAIL ADDRESS AND THEY ASKED ME TO PROVIDE THE CERTIFICATE FROM SPDC AND ONE IDENTITY PROFF AND ONE FUND RELEASE ORDER (FRO) FROM UK GOVERNMENT. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE FRO, THEY HAVE PROVIDED ME ONE LAWYER E-MAIL ADDRESS AND CONTACT NUMBER. WHEN I HAVE CONTACTED HIM, HE INFORMED THAT I HAVE TO PAY 510 GBP FOR GETTING THAT.
