[Resolved]  Sify — Internet Connection

I have taken an internet connection from sify a week earlier, from the very first day my net is not getting connected properly, every time the error comes BB101 (unable to connect to sify server). after two days i found out that they have not register me, they have given me another person userid to connect in the net.
now i am not able to connect to the internet from the last three days i am calling the customer care and the person who have installed my connection. Customer is not able to help me out, and the person who have installed my connection is not picking my phone. What to do please suggest.

Hi,

I have internet connection with Sify and I have been facing internet problem from the very first
month, I have been calling to local operator and repetitively raising concerns over my internet disconnection with gateway to SIFY customer care center.

even today did the same, one fellow came and said it is fixed. Again when I tried after 15 mins does not seem to work. Please advise if something can be helpful to resolve this issue.

I m a sify broadband customer from indirapuram (ghaziabad). My login id is arvind_502nk. My complaint is my balance is suddenly reduced from 350 t0 25.
