three day back i complain to customer care for net work problem pls solve its urgent.
sir,
i am delhi for medical treatment.i carry my mobile no [protected].there is network prob.i call idea regarding my prob they say that is from side of smart.pls solve my prob its urgent.i switch off and on my mob and also select network but is as it is.there is medical prob lost of call i miss.i complia three day back in customer care but they cant solve.pls solve.i am using smart since 1990.as a old customer pls solve.

Smart — Took 9 days to activate SMARTNET and yet not activated

Why do you guys are so helpless? Why don't you take any actions against the agents who disconnect the call frequently? And do you know what is Customer Service?


And I know that nothing is going to happen after this ...

Smart — unwanted advertisement calls for downloading Ringtones, jokes etc.

[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

These phone calls received for downloading/subscribing ringtone, film songs etc. This type of advertisments I don't like please stop calls from these ends. these calls have been distrubing too much for last one month and I can not take rest & receiving call off and on.


Please stop advertisements through calling.
i am using smart pre paid connection.these days the service, specially in my locality(singh more, hatia, ranchi) is very bad. though a tower is installed next to my home, the connectivity is very poor.inspite of several complaint, no body is taking any action..

Smart — "Misbehaviour"

I am a very 'Old Customer' of Reliance GSM service. Since, I have take this connection of
'Smart' I face no misbehaviour from 'Reliance GSM' side. On 23rd September, 2008
someone (Female) called me at around 1 PM and told me to recharge on my number (i.e; [protected])
as my validity is going to at stake. I told her that I will recharge as soon as possible.
After sometime, she called me again and misbehaves me. Her talking was very rough. I am
very much surprise about this. Why she misbehaves me, I don't no. I want to know the reason.

I take the decision that I will leave this 'Reliance GSM'
connection. Because in the market 'Vodafone', 'Airtel' and lots of connections is also
available and I think they will not provide me 'Misbehaviour'.

Do the needful as early as possible if you want to stay connected with me.

with respect I have to say that I am a old user of RELIANCE SMART GSM service bearing no [protected]. My child by mistake has locked my mobile phone. There is requirement of PUK code. Plz. issue me my puk code as soon as possible.

Smart — som one giving blank calls.

some one of reliance smart user is giving me blank calls fro a smart no. [protected].and i want to launch a complaint against the user..if a got the call again il make a police complaint aginst the user and the company..im presently working as an employee of bajaj automobiles in bhilai (C.G). my contact no is [protected].
I m using smart prepaid service from 3 years.now a days i m receiving too many calls from customer care.Every time i hve to attend their call and listen their music or unnecessary talks which is irritating me a lot.I have send "DND REG " to 589999 but it is of no use to me.kindly give me some another code.my number is [protected]

my name is ashish kumar sahu, i bought a new sim card of smart no-[protected] in this no all kind of incoming facilities are quite normal.but when i m trying to send sms msg sent normaly but all msgs are in pending mode.bcoz of this problem i cant send any msgs anywhere timely.kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.

Smart — poor service

I have been using the no.[protected]& i'd like to bring to your notice that i am completly dissatisfied with your services.I've been facing problem in message sending service.
The messages aren't being delivered & if by chance it gets delivered then the recepient keeps getting the same message after every 5 minutes.
I'm neither receiving nor i'm able to send a message & my balance gets reduced by itself
Also, smart tone gets activated by itself even when i haven't subscribed for it.My balance has also been deducted for the same.
Even when i call the customer care executives i get extremely poor response particularly from Ms.Neha, Ms.Sneha, Mr.Sahil, Mr.Naman, Ms.Anjali
They don't transfer my call to senior officials & are not providing me with your email id for registering my complaint.
The people at service centre herein (Shimla-Kasumpti/Khalini) even don't help us out in solving our problem.
I look forward to receiving a response from your end.

Smart — Unsubscribe caller tune

Dear Sir,
I have a prepaid smart connection of reliance having mobile no-[protected] in which i want to unsubscribe the caller tune.I have tried to contact with customer care but the number found always busy.So please do the needfull.

Smart — REGARDING ACTIVATION OF SIM CARD

I have purchased a smart sim card one month ago. The no. is [protected]. I had submitted all the documents but after one month my connection was disconnected. When i asked the smart office they told me that the paprs didn't reach the Ranchi Office as they misplaced it. Again I submitted the documents and he said that the no. will be activated within 1 day. Its two days and my no. is still not activated. I am just fed up. Whenever i call the customer care they dont even attend the call. Is this a kind of service that they offer to the customers? Now I don't even suggest anyone to use this connection. Airtle And Idea are far better than smart.
i would like to post a complaint about my smart load always gets stolen with unwanted ring tones i receive. everytime i load any amount i always get ring tones i did not ask for. stealing my money and pissing me off. pls i want to ask how to stop this by just typing something on my fon. thank you. need to know a.s.a.p

In Ghutgoria Ps-Barjora, Dist- Bankura West Bengal from few weeks ago we see a huge network problem in smart network when i call from [protected] to customer care there is always route busy and if we able to connect the call to customer care they said we are trying our best to solve the promlem but they could not do anything if they do it was not permanently our phone is always is out of network coverage.sir we are in big trouble plz take step so that they modify the network in our area
when we go barjora we get the network so why we can't get network from our village which is just2.5 km away from Barjora via road
