[Resolved] Sony — Sony Vaio Laptop Extended warranty From CROMA | |||
We have a extended warranty for a Sony Vaio laptop purchased from Croma, Malad, Mumbai. The extended warranty was to be supported from Croma across India. But as the Laptop is been used at Orissa and they do not have branch over their, so they arranged some other local persons to take care of the same. The Laptop is been submitted from last 5 months and no results till now. We are not aware when we will get the same back. The service and response from Croma is worst regarding this aspect.
