Sony Bravia 32" — NO PICTURE ON SCREEN

I have lodged a complaint No. 5975319 with customer care ten days back. There is no picture on the screen and only blue screen light. Sound is there but no video. Kindly see to it that there is somebody atleast responding to the complaints. Without a TV life is miserable for retired people like us. My address is : -
