Sony — Unfair response charging unnecessary

Sony service Centre Indra nagar,Mysore Road,Anil,Dilip,Nalini,Sharnish Very poor Customer Service and Unfair Providing Charges My Laptop was taken for Hard Disk Issue as it was paid They agree to replace from head office But This people have damaged Mother board Asking me to pay not ready to give Higher autorities contact to resolve my issue ,please any of Sony service authorities see this Add please call me back resolve my issue ,I would be very great full ,I feel Sorry to put a such a big brand online but i am helpless as i am not being helped by bangalore service team india, please Get back to me ASAP

The first and last Service the laptop was given to service centre was blue dump error had from the day you have replaced the hard disk which we have paid as it was not rectified properly and the laptop was out of country due to which i was not able to give it to service centre from the start the problem was of harddisk only , can i kindly ask you for who ever in your organisation have damaged the laptop please find and charge your staff,Instead of asking me to pay as when i gave the vaio i was told only harddisk as it was replaced upon my request from headoffice why you people want t make money in other things ,this is the way you people treat to your loyalcustomers ,If you r not able to give solution give me your head people i would like to talk to them , If your Genuine and not faking you should not have problem to Give the Contcts of your Head who could resole the issue ,I once again kndly request to provide either solution r Contacts of your higher authoritis i will talk to them and resolve the issue ,Why you people screwing up the brand like this with bad service when the product and brand isso good

Dear sir,

I take this opportunity to bring the case of The Vaio Notebook VGN -sz55gn/b t71001g Dated 4/11/07 in the name of sai deepa Bill no 0410x03631 from Harvey norman pertama merchandising pte ltd 315 outram rd #01-01/02 to your notice which is in your custody for past 2 months. The problem started with blue death screen being hit very often. When given to sony service centre, they ordered us to change the hard disk which was done at the cost of Rs 9000. But problem still remained unsolved It was given back to the sony service centre and now engineers feel problem is with the mother board.

Engineers are not sure what they are saying ,they just want to pull money for their mistakes, i would suggest to take the matter seriously ,can you people get back to me with the reply no one is bothered to atleast address the issue seroiusly and Rectify the problem ,If you people are working please response at the earliest ,Such a big organisation and no proper engineers to rectify the product ,If they r not able to rectify i insist to return my laptop and the repair charges which is been charged by the inefficient engineers , i would like to have response at the earliest as possible

The time taken for diagnostics and trouble shooting is absolutely pathetic and shocking.

This is to let you know that every product in my house including radio, Plasma TV, dvd player, tape recorder etc.. are all sony brand. My faith and satisfaction in sony has been on top. But with this purchase i am frustrated and confused at the treatment given to a loyal customer. This is unfprofessional on part of sony service centre engineers to blame it on each and every part of the product on trial and error basis. Now they want me to pay Rs. 16000 for the mother board. I sincerely do not think i need to pay this amount as this problem was brought to sony during my warranty period which can be traced on the following emails.

Hence i request you to take this matter seriously and act on it asap.

I need my laptop to work and want it fully operational without any problems.

Please take it seriously my Laptop is not yet rectified and given ,
they called me and told hard disk would be replaced again from past 2 months they have kept know they have screwed Mother board and now asking for a 25k i dont know wats happening with them ,Sharneesh to whom i handed over laptop is not able to provide proper information he gave the no of engineers 64569925/24/29 Dinesh ,Dilip these people do not pick the call like a coward back end they ask like a bribe money thru sharneesh and they r holding my laptop when head office has APPROVED T O RECTIFY THE PROBLEM THEY R HOLDING BACK AND ASKING ME TO PAY 25 K ,if my laptop is not rectified by monday and handed over by them i would have to take the help of law ,i have not been left for any other option, and what else i will do , i would not say i would do it show, this is last i would discusing i want them to get back to me i have enough of their drama and my time is wasted a lot , i should be reimbursed of the loss i have occurred due to the delay ,

i have not yet got any reply and the laptop is not rectified , please have a check on the status and get back to me as these bangalore staff have not got any reply from

was purchased We had problems of BLUE dump error and the system was slow apart from that every thing was fine ,They are not able to solve a simple issue

We at sony service centre indira nagar india Tax invoice dated 46637831/17.06.09

had given it for servicing they charged around 8259 Rs and i took and had gone to out of country but the problem persist and after few days that is on 24.10.09 as again to India gave to service centre for

same problem job no[protected] and 46642558/03.11.09 for same issues it was given now again they want to charge us 20000 Rs estimate is given which is not fare on

The Company to unnecessary Charge on the same problem because they have not replaced the Good harddisk which the problem Is still their in the Indira nagar branch

manual Job sheet no 741 ,They want us to pay Money which is already paid the problem but not effeciently rectified ,So I request you to kindly look in the issue which is Very Serious

as they want us to pay for the Wrong rectification they have done ,this should be fixed by them as they have collected the amount and not done correctly ,

please provide me with the Best solution at the earliest if not i will collect the vaio without rectification and Dump it in one corner and I would not use any of the Sony brand as well as

Recommend others not to use any product of sony ,I am looking for the Response of yours at the earliest as i would not like to waste time on this kind of small issues

I would suggest any of your team visit Service centres and Observe the way your Product Customer is Provided Solutions , i see most of them going out frustrated , Unsatisfied and force

to bear the inconvenience as they have bought the product .
