Sony Ericsson - 8501 Bluetooth Nw — Blue tooth defective

I gave my blue tooth for replacement as the new one purchased failed within the warranty period (6 months) . The service centre Accel which is the authorized service centre for these products have unable to replace till date.

Complaint Number :SFI-SE-535037-CP dated 17-05-08 time 12.08pm

Ever since I have been following up with the company there has been no proper response. I have always been given answers that the problem is not resolved, We are waiting for the spare, call after two days etc etc.

This is not the first time that I have faced these problems earlier when the camera had to be replaced they did the same and only after writing stinking letters to their management was the problem rectified after three weeks.

Are Sony Ericsson's Mobiles really bad? Does Sony not have a better service provider than the current one. Looks like I made a mistake picking up a Sony Mobile.

My experience with NOKIA is excellent.
