With due respect.I am Bijan Panigahi.I Purchased a Handycam on Finance by Bajaj Consumer loan finance on my a/c .From the date of purchased handy cam to till date i have not get a peice of paper in hard copy or softcopy reg.the transaction or any information as well as i also donot know my loan account no.

The loan has bean cleared on time as it was in BANK ECS mode.No one was bounsed.

But after one month i got sms to pay again the EMI amount which was fraud case.


Also i have several sent mail before one month in their webpage available but yet to get reply.Also i found that nowhere their people / are contacted.
I want to acknowledge this issue to you & later it will be taken to court of law.
I don't received my orignal bill & nodues certificate till now.please send me orignal bill & nodues certificate as soon as possible.

    This is Johnson from Chennai crying with your sonyericsson C510 Mobile, You know I bought this mobile on Jun 27 2009 and it was pleasant and lovely to use the slick and stylish C510 but that was only for few months, I was having a problem with my handset about not being charged properly and I need to hold the adaptor connector into the handset for some time in order to power it up since there was some fault on the board so I gave the handset for service on 25 Nov 2009 ( Work order # SE309AGR17611) and got the board replaced within a few days and days passed and within a year I had the same problem with my C510 and again I gave the handset for service on 19 Jun 2010 ( Work order # SE310AGR21369)…What a surprise another board was replaced in my handset for the same problem...
    I called their customer service right next day when I got my mobile back from service and reported the problem as the warranty of my handset got expired and they said they can’t help in any ways…what I asked is to extend the warranty for the handset as I got the board replaced within a year. But they said No...No...No… At max they can provide me a 15 Days service warranty and if the same problem reports again they can do something…No wonders the same problem occurred again after 20days…But what to do I BOUGHT A SONYERICSSION..Now Iam using a Nokia N73 which I bought 2Yrs ago with No problems till now….And this is to let you know people we are using a Samsung S3310 which I bought the same day with my useless sonyericssion and till now there is no problems and we have other nokia handsets at home which is 3 to 4 years old with no problems…
    From this time I will never ever buy a sonyericssion product for me or my family and friends…For Sure…Thanks for providing such a good customer service and giving me a Great worthless product call SONYERICSSION C510…………….Bye….

    This is Smt. Laxmi Rajesh Gajbhiye, I had purchased a sony ericsson hand set model W205 vide IMEI NO.[protected]. This hand set is theft from my residence from Babulban Garoba Maidan, Nagpur-8 (MS) on 15.12.2011. I have registered a police complaint on 16.12.2011 at Lakadganj Police Station, Nagpur.

    This mobile is very good and user friendly and I am emotionally touched with it.

    I bought my first sony ericsson Xperia mobile from Poorvikka mobile store. At the time of purshase the branch manager delivered a nice speech as if he is your relative. They convinced me to purchase the insurance as they promised it will cover 90% for a year. Recenlty there was an display problem in my mobile, when I went to the store the branch manager didnt even bother to see my face after knowning that I'm there to complaint about a defect in my phone. Now he tells me that the insurance will cover only 50 to 60%. And they asked me to approach Sony Ericsson center. I was wondered about face reactions when I purchased the mobile and when I went to complain about the product. Big Cheaters!!!

    Here comes another big cheater, Sony Ericsson!!! after their intial check up they couldn't find out the exact problem so they tried to put blame on me by saying, it could be because of liquid spilt. Finally they agreed to send my compliant to higher level which I dont think will work out. Even they agree to service the defect I will have to surrender my phone to them for 3 to 4 days. Lot of time I have watsed for this issue. After spending a good amount of money we are in a country where we are unable to own a good product in our hand. Its Sony ericsson produced a defective product; why customer has to suffer!! there are no proper laws in this country for consumer to take this kind of issue.


    I will never go for Sony Ericsson product and Poorvikka mobile Store. I know losing one customer is not a big deal for you. But I will try every effort to stop pepple buying Sony ericsson product and in Poorvikka mobile store. Even I change 10 customers mind it is big win for me.

      Hi Team,

      I have purchased a cell C510, IMEI No[protected] on 26th July 09, from SPICE COMMUNICATION, Outlet 1:ShopNo.112-113, Main Market, Gurgaon-122001(Haryana).

      On next Day Monday Evening Cell get hanged, after some time it get start working again on thuresday night Menu Key, Nemeric Key No-5 stoped working, I was not able to check or change anything even not able to disconnect the call, ringtone was getting changed itself, Not getting dailed, recived & missed call info aswell, So irritating & pathatic, i missed my clintes call & imp interview call & went with complainet on saturday to dealer, he responded so rudely & said he can not do any thing & asked to go Sony Ericsson service Center & get cell repaired, I said this is very new 4-5 days old Cell & do not want to get it repaired, want replacement.On Monday 3rd aug '09, I sent a compaint but by mistake i sent it to UK Support Team, they revert back with compaint No-X Ticket[protected], 2 but that was of no use, I called up Coustomer Care on same day minimum 5-7 times in a day expained my all problem origanal bill no, dealer info, contact No, they asked me to visit Sec-18 Service Center for Help & Job Sheet No. so that Customer Care could lock the complainet for further support & replacement.I went on Sector-18 Gurgaon Sony Ericsson Services Center they said they do not have key Pad & they will have to update new software it will take more time & asked me to go to Sony Service Center Infront of Sahara mall, Shop No-114 DLF Phase-2, Gurgaon, I went there they said charges would be Rs 1475 to get new Key Pad & repaire this Cell, I was totally hopleess & frustated by the such renowned company Service center services, I paid Rs 1475 & get my cell repaired & they did not made any Job Sheet nor provided any recipt of repairing charge & I informed this to Customer care at same time they gave me a complaint No[protected].Again after 1 week on 12th Aug'09 again cell get hanged, i am not able to attend the call, not able to change & check any thing.

      Now this 3rd time in 2 weeks when cell stop working & i am writing this complaint to u i had informed Customer Care 5-10 times in 15 days, had visited 2 times their service center & 2 time dealer shop, called customer Care 10 times for action and support, now i am totally helpless & hopless mentally harshed, unnecessary bills owing not able to disconnect the call, I have decide to send a leagel Notice to Sony Ericsson, Dealer & Service Center & will move to Consumer Court under consumer protection Act 1986.

      YES SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED TO ME IN LESS THAN A WEEK. but only SE service center got it fixed in 2 hours by reinstalling the C510 OS. So far it works fine until LAST NIGHT, THE THE BUTTON THAT DISABLES THE CAMERA FLASH DOES NOT WORK! MEANING I WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO TAKE PHOTOS AT NO-FLASH PLACES eg.MUSEUMS. I suppose I could take it in for repair but this stupid phone is causing so much trouble! This is a piece of [censored] is totally not worth it!

      I have to admit this phone is pretty good in terms of speed in terms of processing. HOWEVER, with so many problems between the hardware and software of the Sony Ericsson C510 Cyber-shot phone, I THINK SONY ERICSSON OWES ALL C510 OWNERS WHO HAS RECORDS ON REPAIRING THEIR PHONE, TO BE PAID AT LEAST USD1000 JUST TO PAY UP FOR THE COSTS OF TRANSPORTATION FOR REPAIR, TIME, PHONE BILLS, AND BUSINESS FINANCIAL LOSSES.

      i purchased c510 from sony ericsson show room(DT City center)gurgaon.after 5 days the phone hanged.no contacts opened.memory card not showing.after that i gave my mobile to servicing centre(Near air force station) gurgaon.they upgraded my software. after upgradation of my software the front cam not working.in the video(from media) one option missing.in the videos the up button shows the list of the available videos.after software upgradation the option not showing.i complained to the servicing centre.they r replying that after upgradation some options will be changed.
      i also have same problem with my c510

      1) when i operate in location service the google map it restarts and hangs.
      2) memory card problem when i start mp3 songs the problem is (no media found).
      3) when other persons calls to my phone after tow or three rings i will get first ring in my phone.
      4) when i operate the mobile phone:c510 it is slow & (delay) for two second

      as i have been to sony sevice center more then 3times my problem had not soled in the period of 20 to 40 days -

      I have same problem on my c510, when I want to call someone my c510 i'ts frizing and I can't stop the outgoing call, I buy my mobile new from T-mobile store before 2 days and I gave my mobile to servicing centre in Skopie (Macedonia) and about one week thay back to me with replacemant software, but only 2 hours latter I have the same problem just like the begining. oooo I'm so nervous, it's shame for SONY ERICCSON they sell broken phones
      operating system is very slow, even works as normal phone, it works as very slow, it takes approx two minutes for starting.no combination between flash and camera, flash works first than camera started.
      When I connect the charger to my c510 mobile there is a message showing - charging cannot be complete, you must use sony ericsson battery. Please solve this problem.

        This is Sandeep Kumar Salunke from Raipur (C. G.). I am a Microsoft Professional from pune. Recently om 28th of July I have purchase one Handset(Sony Ericsson--W205) from Raipur for Rs. 5700 with bill.

        After 2 days the problems are start occuring in my set so I went to service center for resolving the problem they just do the software updation and give me back again in few hours the problem came, than again I went their and I complained about it again they have done something on my phone. But still it not resolved. I think they are fooling me out, now I dont know what to do. Here I am sending you the service center details with their contact no. please help me out .

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I had purchase Sony Ericsson mobile set no.W580i on January 22, 2009.After using it for few month i am facing various technical problem with this set like display problem, connector problem, key pad problem, heating problem, sowftware problem, battery back up problem etc.There after i want to your service center in Lajpat Nagar(New Delhi Technocare, E-17, Ground floor, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar-2)for the servicing purpose.

          I gave my mobile to them and the minimum time required by them for repair is 1 week.When i call them to enquire my phone status they required 1 more week to repair it and then after complition of second week i want there to collect my phoneThe only thing they repair was display screen of my phone and nothing else.

          Than i went again to service center with bunch of problems and re submit my phone including back cover to change connector or battery and to repair other problems as well to Mr.Devender(receiving person). Mr.Devender asked me it took 4 to 5 day to repair.

          And now i have gone after 2 weeks to receive my handset when i enquire about my back cover Mr.Devender told he did not submit my mobile back cover and they dnt even provide me new battery.

          Now i m facing this type of problem. I want please reply me what should i do in this situation.

            At present i am out of country. I have this phone at present. But in Australia, the conection of 3 ( vodaphone hutchion ) does not work . pl. sort out my problem

              the show is showing our celebrities eating insects like lizard, mouse, grass hopper, big spiders and many more

              plus all particpants support them all this is not creating a good impression on our indian culture i suppose we dont want to teach our children to eat this type of creature. we teach all kids to save lifes of animals n creatures n this channel shows how to eat them n thing they r great.

              i dont see ne guts in eating all this thing infact its creating a bad impression on every person it shows the most dirty thing n there is no entertainment in killing n eating creatures

              i request u to take sum action against this show n stop it

                I have purchased Sony Ericsson W380i phone on August 15, 2008, when i insert sim card in the phone after reaching at home it was showing Network Error i checked with sales man he said that " Sir this is network problem check with your network provider" when i checked with my network provider they told me there is no fault in our network for cross checking you can insert other network providers sim in your cell. I check with another sim card and the problem was same.
                Than i again went to the shop from where i purchased this cell phone than they said sir now it seven days completed we cant change this phone you have to send it for repairing. I sent that for repairing and repair center found its phone fault and they changed the some part of the cell phone and given me back. Network was OK but i couldnt use that phone due to bad experience in the begining. So i continue with my old phone and kept it aside. after 4-6 months i again start to use that phone and this time with the slighghtly network problem there was some problem in its flap screen. I again send it to repair and after getting repaired i again started to use that but after two days it started to show the same problem once again. I am still having the same problem and its going to complete One year of purchasing this phone, but i couldnt get the satiscation of new phone as sony is known for providing for their products. Please advice me how can i get proper satisfaction from my phone. I am really fed up with this phone.

                sony ericsson W380i — Faulty phone from sony ericsson

                i bought a new w380i cell phone on 08april08. since then i'm struggling with this faulty phone. i have given it for service for three times. but still the condition of my phone is awful. n now again i have problems with this awful product of sony Ericsson. n i want the company ppl to replace my phone with a new handset . 4th time i have given my phone for service n this time i dont want my faulty cell back.

                I bought a Sony Ericsson handy W380i from Sony World, Green Park, New Delhi, for Rs.8590/- as a gift to my daughter on her birthday. The purchase was made on July 24, 2008. We were in India on a holiday and have since moved to Germany.

                However, within a week, the screen of the mobile would not turn on when flipped open. It seemed to have a mind of its own. It would come on sometimes and sometimes not. I took it back to Sony World and asked for a replacement as it hardly a week since I had purchased it. The owner was very rude and flatly refused to replace it. He, however, took the set from me and sent it to their Service Centre. The mobile was returned to me after three days, supposedly repaired. But it malfunctioned again within a day. So, I went back to the Service Centre. After once again repairing it, the mobile was returned. But the problem persists and my daughter has not been able to enjoy her gift at all.

                Can something be done?

                  I bought W580i last year, and as soon as its warranty was over, a month later the cell was not starting at all, when I checked out at the Sony Ericsson service centre at Thane, the guy to me that its IC and Motherboard was damaged. I don't know the reason WHY???.
                  It didn't fall at all, never fell in water, infact I took good care of it, there wasn't any symptoms any problem at all.
                  Now the SonyEricsson guy told me that its gonna cost me about 3000/-. Is that the cell normally has some problem after the expiry of its warranty. Its really bad on your part, also when I brought the cell back, I found that some button on keypad and also the ON/OFF button is damaged.
                  I need a explanation and a solution to the IC and Motherboard issue ASAP.

                  I'M NEVER GONNA SUGGEST ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR RELATIVE TO GO FOR SONY ERICSSON.

                  I BOUGHT SONY W580i ON JULY 2008 @ 10200/- Rs. AFTER 15 MONTHS SOME BLACK LINES APPEARED ON THE SCREEN. I CONTACT TO SERVICE CENTER THEY CHARGED ME Rs. 1550/- FOR CHANGING THE LCD. AND NOW THE PHONE GOT DEAD. THE SERVICE CENTER GIRL SAID MAY BE YOUR MOTHERBOADR AND IC GOT DAMAGED.

                  THIS IS VERY VERY VERY POOR PHONE PLS DO NOT BUY IT @ ANY COST.
                  AND THE SERVICE OF SONY IS VERY BAD. THERE IS DIFFERENCE IN H/W COST AT DIFFERENT SERVICE CENTRE. PLS AVOID SONY ERICSSON!!!

Now ther ayer telling that ther is a mother board proble nad cost is 70% of the mobile phone. I cant believe, as I was using my phne with great care and it was never hurt, then how this problem arised?? Sony ericsson Mobiles shall be banned.They are cheaters.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I kept my mobile phone near to my window and kept my window open to get fresh air, as the room was so hot i kept it open. My mobile was theft by some one.

                      Hello Sir/Madam,
                      I bought 'sony ericsson w595' model handset in Feb 2009 and its ear speakers are not working since April june 2009. It has not been yet 6 months, and there are technical problems in this handset. I never expected this kind of output from such a costly handset and with the brand name of "Sony Ericsson"!!! I'd really expect that you either exchange my handset or if you cannot take any strict action, then I want my money back.

                        In referance to the captioned matter undersigned is lodging this customer complaint.
                        That infact the said mobile is purchased on 2nd Aug.2009 from, The Mobile Store, Essar Telecom Retail Ltd, Shop No.3, 4 & 5, Shah Arcade, Vasudev Balwant Marg, Panvel. ( Navi Mumbai).
                        There is a Frequent problem of battery charging and early discharge and for the same, I approached your store mentioned in caption. We were reffered to Sony Ericsson service center in Old Panvel. Wherein our complaint has been lodged vide no- SE309KM110171 with service center ( M/s. Krishna Mobile Center). The tecnician there in examined the mobile handset and told that the motherboard is required to be replaced. We pressed for issue of D.O.A. certificate. The service Center owner told that at present he cannot issue D.O.A. certificate. However he assure to issue the same on Tuesday ie on 11 Aug 2009. Thereby consulting Sony Ericsson Company Executive.
                        Kindly do the needful in order to replace the mobile handset at your end. It is not expected from such qualified brand to not to provide service to the customer who approached your shop relying, keeping faith in your brand name and goodwill prevailing in the market.

                        It may be treated as any Customer Complaint which in Case not solve, give right to me to approach appriate Officers or Forum.

                        Sony Ericsson — New Handset Problem

                        I bought a new hanset on 25th of jan and i was facing some problem with the handset as the phone used to shutdown . I was asked to take the handset to the repair center and get it repaired. I would have done that very eagerly; if it had been a month old handset; Sony Ericsson was not at all wiling to replace the hanset and they were adament that there is only a sofware problem. I said ok and got the sofware updated; but while doing that i was illtreated by the tecinican and was not provided good reason why i had a problem with the handset. I called about 15-20 times to sony ericsson customer service and tehy kept on saying that their product is not bad and i need to judge the handset within 5 mins i told them that it is not possible for me to do that . They stuck to their point and were very forceful in saying that they cannot change their policy. I still have a problem with the set and they tell me now i need to replce the motherboard of the set but still they are not at all willing to replce the handset please help...
                        I have brought one G502 series of Sony Ericsson . This mobile is giving problem of getting hanged and switched off on its own frequently.The same problem is being faced by my collegue also who purchased the same phone with me . When hanged, it needs to disconnect battery to switch it again on.

                        This is a severe problem need to be looked into by M/s Sony ericsson mobile co.

                          I contacted Sony serivce centre for three times and every time I get reply that part which you require is not available and please contact after a month.

                          Sony ericsson has a worst service ever seen.

                          When callled to the sony help line they gaave me a address of a service center which has been closed before 2 years.

                          In a city like Pune I am facing these problems then the situation would be horrible in the rest cities.

                          I strictly suggest every one not to buy Sony's product because of their bad service.

                          I have purchased W951i mobile phone 2years back and from the very beginning I was facing the problem of hanging some times. Now from the last 4months I started facing a new problem. Phone is switching off automatically and it will not on by pressing the on/off button. After so many trials it will start operating by removing the battery and pressing the on/off button.
                          Then I updated the software from your site, after then also problem was not solved.
                          Then I shown the phone at Sony authorized service center M/S.Shreeji times, Baroda in the month of July. They said phone need software updation.Then I said “I already updated”. But they told me that complete software updation is possible only by them.They said they have authorized to download software from Singapore server and file size is very big and I can not download the same at my end. They have charged Rs.500/- for that. But the cost mentioned on the reception was rs.250/- for business phones. I asked the same .but they said they have serviced the mobile. But the fact was they haven’t done other job than updation.After paying the complete amount I taken my phone.But the next day the same problem occurred and I again deposited my phone .again they updated my software and given me back. But the problem was not solved.
                          Now I again left my phone on 1st September. Now they are saying there is some problem in the Mother board and they are not authorized to repair that. They can only replace the entire mother board. They also said “we can send the phone to Chennai office for repair estimate. They have now sent this phone to Chennai service center and they are saying it will take 20 to 30 days to revert..

                            Firstly they behave rude with me, one of the lady out there don’t know how to talk with a customer.. Simply spoiling Sony Ericsson’s name.

                            They returned me a faulty set and nothing was displaying at time of returning me the phone, the problems I was having with my joystick its not working properly and connectivity problem with computer and charger too and some time its showing memory card rejected.
                            And everything was fine leaving this, I was happy with my phone…

                            What they did only god knows, they provide me with this information that there is a problem in the liquid and I need to change the entire circuit board which is payable under warranty, my warranty is going to expire on this august (12/08/09) Now just help me out what should I do with a toy phone.. Nothing is coming in my display completely they destroyed my phone..…

                            They just provided me with fake information, that there engineer returned it..

                            As I am concern there is no problem like that or else they could have said me before taking it on (30/07/09) They asked me to give them money or else its of no use, ,

                            Simple they damaged my phone and now they denied to repair it with FOC.

                            They were showing me some of there own made documents if there is any problem with liquid they are not responsible & tried me to write on there satisfactory form someday later which they will keep in the dustbin..

                            As I am concern, my phone was Ok and working properly.

                            Please help me out so I can see my phone in that condition before giving them..

                              I have a sony ericsson w200i phone and its under warranty period. For last couple of weeks I am facing problem with my phone’s joystick, not working properly and connectivity problem with computer and charger too and some time its showing memory card rejected..

                              Now Today when I called them up (06/08/09) in the morning and providing them with the work code no.. One lady from the other end told me that my phone’s display or liquid is completely damaged. When I asked her how?? She said me to visit the service center and I need to pay them regarding the damaged display within the warranty period.
                              Also I asked her what about my problems that I had.. she told I need to change my damaged display first.

                              When I handed the phone to Mr Manaoj who was in the reception over there, its was absolutely Ok and no sign of display problem even I am using it and never faced any problem with my display…

                              I don’t know what they did with my phone.. Or they want money from me with giving fake things of my display damage, my phone’s warranty is going to expire this month 12/08/09, Rather, If I assume that there is a problem with my display, so they need to replace that free of cost as its under warranty period. Isn’t that so..?

                              Please help me out regarding this and what should I do know..? These types of service centre are ruining the band name of SONY... People are loosing trusts and there behavior are horrible...

I had contacted to Sony Service Centre Salora Internation Limited, Ahmedabad Ph :[protected] on 31.07.2008 and handed over the said phone to them. After few times I have contacted them they told me your phone is un-repairable you come and take back your phone. I made argue within warrenty how can you say like that ? They are replied you can do whtever you like ;
                              Hence I request you goodself to lookinto the matter and give lesson to them so in future they are taking care of costomer.

                              I have bought Sony Ericson walkman series W200i last year 22/6/2008 and is within the warranty period. My handset is having a problem that the ring has become too slow. For this i went to Sony Service Center -- Babli Media Center whose address is given below --

                              Anyway i then came back without giving my Cell Phone for the repair. I want that some actions should be taken against the shop because they pretend to provide excellent customer service which actually is not the case. Moreover they were simpy wasting time instead of attending to Customer's request.

                                    mobile lost with airtel connection

                                    RESPECTED SIR,
                                    THIS IS ASHIM FROM AMRITSAR, PUNJAB...I WANT TO STATE THAT MY SONY ERRICSON HANDSET IS LOST WITH AIRTEL CONNECTION..I PURCHASED IT FRM HALL BAZAR AT AMRITSAR...THE IMEI NUMBER OS THE CELL PHONE IS :[protected]..SO I WANT THAT THE SONY ERRICSON COMPANY NOTE THE IMEI NO AND JAM THIS PHONE.AND MAKE IT USELESS...AND ALSO WANT THAT THIS IMEI NUMBER SHOULD BE GIVEN TO AAL THE SIM SERVICE PROVIDER TO FIND THE CELL PHONE...

                                    I have problem with battery & charger these are not working at all. Now I have not geeting genuine battery & charger Please give me detail of authorised dealers of Sony Ericsson in Mumbai where original battery & charger will get in reasonal rate otherwise I have no use of my hanset.

                                    sony ericsson battery — new battery not functioning

                                    4 months back i bought sony ericsson battery no. 209023swleth from M/s cable house,kolkata-700040.The battery is not working now.When i took it to the m/s cable house they said to go to a service center.They sold the product.Its their duty to look after it.I dnt stay in kolkata now.once in a month i come here.so its not possible for me to go to a service center & wait for hours.There is no customer satisfaction at all.This is my second time .what shld i do?

                                      I have submitted my Phone on 14th of July 2009 and i received a call on 24th July 2009 from one of sony engg. and he said >>> "we unable to resolve your mobile charging issue and only can do jog dial alinement and software format and if in anyway we try to repair charging issue may be your mobile go to DEAD mode and in that case we not responsible for that" Then i told him not to do anything and handover my mobile back.

                                      I call again to Technocare on 27th that i am coming to collect my mobile than he said please come tomorrow (28th) evening, Now i called again on (28th) to Technocare than a receiver response that my mobile is in under progress and they working on my mobile, Finally i receive my handset on 31st July 2009 after paying Rupee 520 and warranty of 1 month, when i kept my mobile for charging upto 2 hour i found my charging issue is as it is and not charging, I Know its under warranty for month now but what about the time period they waste of mine and one more thing my handset body also not closed properly.

                                      Please tell me what i do now.
