[Resolved] Sony Ericsson G900 — Phone getting stuck and blank quite often | |||
Sirs, I have purchased the G900 handset on[protected] though the authorized dealer paying Rs. 20000/- of ma hard earned money and for the past 3 months this phone has been giving me immense problems and thereby lots of tension. I do travel a lot and the problem is that despite investing this much huge amount in a phone am not able to properly make calls. I have submitted this phone twice to sony ericsson authorized serice center, at M/s Skycell, Muthoot Chambers, Kollam (phone[protected], and still the problem persists. The problem is the phone display gets blank all of a sudden and it goes to switched off mode. SErvice center told me last time that the mother board has been changed and there will b no issue from thereon and gave me a new IME in ma purchase bill and even today the problem persists. Please take necessary steps to help me give value to the 20K I have put in to purchase this stuff and not only that I am now in a fix to carry another low end model in case to make calls if this one goes dead. the shree service centre is not giving ma handset for 2 months.& say ki usse baat karo delhi phone unse bat karo n notgiving ma handset.29%

Sony Ericsson Phone G-900 — Bad service
A mobile Handset of Sony Ericsson Model G-900 (No. [protected]) was purchased by my daughter at a cost of Rs. 14000/- from Dewan Sons, Mall Road, Bathinda on 25/06/2009. The handset had problem of on/off, hanging & volume + - and was submitted to Dewan Sons on 22/10/2009 for repairs/ service. Only one week time was intimated for service. I am requesting every week to return me handset and offered any repair cost even to return me handset unrepaired. I requested company officials Mr. Mathue at No. [protected] and he replied that he is from marketing side and not from service side. Than I contacted Mr. Rajiv at No. [protected] and finally Mr. Ashish Jain at No. [protected] who asked for Case ID or work order Number. I contacted Dewan Sons for information who did not supply any information as per service center instructions. I am waiting & requesting to return my handset. Should I still hope to get my handset?
