I had a Sony erricson mobile phone K530i purchased on auguest 2008, I was not able to switch it on, after 7 days of my purchase I thought of getting it repaired at Sony Erricsson service center located at sector 34A chandigarh in the name of salora, they asked, that it can be replaced without repair, they asked me to go to the dealer from wherei puchased the phone and he will get it replaced, but now it s about 20 days passed i don't get my set back . the dealer excusing me by saying that there is no stock available in the chandigarh for that model and keep harashing me from last 20 days. i am not able to know whether it is customer service or customer harashment. i have spent 7500 rs on the purchase of that set and still from last 20 days it is not in my hand . kindly do the needful action as soon as possible. wait for positive response from ur side as soon as possible.

i had given my cellphone to the sevice center since 07-12-08, but there is no response, they are saying that they had replace the mother board, thats it, i am fed up with this kind of service.

My name is sanjay I purchased a handset(Sony Ericsson K530i) from Sony Ericsson company. Company provide me a hend free lead also with this withs 1 year warrenty. after 3 month my hand free got any error and it not working.
I submeted my hand free to Sony Ericsson center (on 29th of march 2009) located in noida sector 27 India. They promise me to repalace it with in 15 days but to day after more than 2 month they are not providing me that hand free.

I am facing so much problam from there commit. plz take an action againest my complaiont.

i am very old costmer of your company i have buy your mobile set your deelar n.k electronics shop no.10, shiv complex gurmandi ludhiana 141008 invoice no. 30994 dated 08/11/2008 my set is not working from last 3 month i am going in your service center 30 time but person in your service center they give no respons regardind my mobile set please note my complant and replase my mobile set imigeatly
