Sony Ericsson K790i — My mobile phone is dead, its display broken and it's not being repaired by sony ericsson service centre.

Hi,
My sony ericsson mobile phone display has been broken. I gave it to the sony ericsson service center which is in Roop Nagar for repairing on 26 Oct 2008. On 13 Nov, I called them up asking if the phone has been repaired or not. They told me that it can't be repaired and there is some problem with the board.
My phone is in warranty and if there is a problem with the board, then it should be replaced. But I am highly dissatisfied with the service offered by the Sony Ericsson Service center. First of all, they call me up after more than a week I submitted the mobile and then they say that it can't be repaired. For the first time, I bought Sony Ericsson mobile and this is the kind of service I am getting. I never faced such issues with Nokia Mobile.
I will like some action to be taken immediately.

Sony Ericsson — repairing of my cell phone

i submitted my cell phone on 10th january 2011 and they told me that it will take one week but still i have not got it and when i complaint to sony ericsson customer care they are always telling that give us some days.

Sony Ericsson — Phone is DEAD

I purchased one handset of Sony Ericsson ( VIVAZ PRO U8i) in the month of June from Kota (Rajasthan).

All of a sudden the display goes off and phone get DEAD . I submitted my handset to the service center on 24th of Feb . Next day i informed from service center and i got to know that motherboard of the handset is not working and they have to replace it as they dont have parts so they ordered from Chennai , when they received the motherboard of my handset and checked still the phone is dead , when i inquired why my phone is not working yet, they said they have to replace some other parts . Still the parts not get replaced and the response of service center peoples are that they are helpless they are not receiving the parts from Banglore. More then 15 days passed there is no process and there is no answer at service center . Total mental harassment by Sony Ericsson and pathetic level of servicing Even Sony Ericsson not able to manage the parts of the handset .

Its a height of Patience and i will write to the consumer court regarding such a problem and level of service

Its totally a wastage of Rs 23000 in purchasing this handset and putting himself into the problem

I want my money back please keep your handset with you only
