[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone - K550i — phone is dead

sir my name is anuj & i had purchased a sony ericsson mobile phone (K550i-model no.) on[protected]..
from anjul impex ambedkar road ghaizabad..

with in these 7 month my phone is repair 3 time...

first time his screen is changed
second time his motherboard(PCB) is changed
third time his speaker, vibrator, on/off switch/ phone jack & camera shutter is changed

at now my phone is not accept the sim card & also give the electric shock when its attach to computer(back side of phone.)
now i m totally irritate.. now i have no idea what i do, ,

i ask to service center to replace this phone & give a new phone...they say to me there is no rule in company to replace the any product..whatever they told me to repair again, ...bt i have listen that after the three major problems..company can change your product.

so plz give a suggestion how i replace my phone.. or can i go to consumer court?, ...
