Sony Ericsson — unable to access internet

dear sir/madam,
i am using sony ericsson neo v cellphone and tata docomo connection.recently i have done internet recharge of rs.56. bt i am unable to access internet in my cellphone and i complained it so many times to customer care bt it dint help....
