Sony Ericsson / W580i — Fraudulent sony ericsson customer care service (Accel Frontline)

I would like to bring to light the fraudulent practices followed by Sony Ericsson Customer Care Service (Accel Frontline) .I visted Accel Frontline with a defect in my charger pin, they collected my mobile stating that it is in a dead position . I was advised to visit the store in 2 days . When i visited them back i was surprised to see the customer care executive handing over a bill of Rs 2500/- to me .when i asked for the reason they explained that there was a fault with the display !!! which i never had before giving it to Customer care. All my efforts asking for an explanation for changing the display without my prior permission have gone in vain.

Probably I would have not written a complaint here if it was only thing that happened . It was hardly 3 months before my mobile started giving trouble to me for the same reason which i paid a bomb the last time.

I had to visit the Customer care again and as per protocol they collected my mobile and handed a receipt to me and asked to return in 2 days to collect the mobile. I returned to the store expecting my mobile to be repaired and handed over to me .But what i get to listen is a lame story that my mobile's mother board was corrrupt and they got to get a new one .I asked them to repair the mobile since it was still in warranty. But they refused to do a repair saying that there was water inside which i dont believe since i took care of my mobile very well .

After these two episodes i have promised not to buy a sony ericsson mobile in my whole life and i would not encourage any of my friends going for it . I would strongly advice people reading this not to go with sony ericsson mobiles given my experience .
