Sony Ericsson W580i Mobile — not repair under warranty period

i (darpan kumar) having some technichal fault in my phone.model no.w580i.i go to the service center on 28/08/2009 named as-the progressive system,ABC Tower,shop no.17 1 floor,sigra,varanasi phone.no.[protected].i submite my phone but till now i don't get my phone back.i reach the center 4 or 5 times but they only giving me dates.my phone is under warrenty period.sir now i look for a quick step by you.thanking you.
