[Resolved] Sony Ericsson W580i Mobile — Worst service at Sony Ericsson Authorised Service Centre in Mumbai | |
Hello, I had given my Sony Ericsson W580i mobile for servicing on 5th August 2008 (Call ID:- MUA-SE-643111-CP) at Sony Ericsson's Authorised Service Centre- ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD. MUA Mumbai Andheri 2 & 3, Sagar Tech Plaza- (E), B Wing Mumbai, Maharashtra My Mobile is not repaired till date. Everytime they gives new excuses & when I asked for the confirm date to get my phone each time they gave date in the next week. Also they never receive the phone calls and at 5.30pm sharp they closes the door. Since they do not pick up phones it becomes necessary to go there & check out the status, when i reach there i found the door closed. Almost all the customers are facing the same problem. I had given my Sony Ericsson W580i mobile for servicing on 14th May 2010 at Sony Ericsson's Authorised Service Centre-

LAXMI BHAWAN, Ground Floor, Kacheri Road, Udit Nagar, ROURKELA-769012
My Mobile is not repaired till date. Everytime they gives new excuses & when I asked for the confirm date to get my phone each time they gave date in the next week.
Also they never receive the phone calls during working hours and at 5.30pm sharp they closes the door. Since they do not pick up phones it becomes necessary to go there & check out the status, when i reach there i found the door closed. Almost all the customers are facing the same problem.
Is this a common business practice prevailing at all Sony Ericsson Service Centre all across India.
