Sony Ericsson / W595 — noo network coverage and i cannot see the display image and icon with full text

I yogesh contact number :0-[protected] purchased sony errison w 595 mobile 25day's back in poorvika permabur and now it is not working, it show's some network problem and the poorvika dealer asked me to go to sony show room and i went to sony service center perambur and i told the complaint and they replied me in stating that the mobile might have some board problem or software problem it will take 7 days to repair without proper checking how come i dont know with a month this problem am facing no proper response from the showroom dealer or the sony service center and again i went to poorvika showroom and they asked me to go to pursawalkam showroom.
My Phone is in Warranty period
This product is having lots of problem
