[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson W705 — useless handset and pathetic service

I purschased a sony ericsson w705 on jan 26 2010 for 12000.With in the first week of purcase it started connection problems i took it to an sony ericsson service centre in tambaram sanitorium they changed the software (work order no SE310MC110857)..it worked fine for 2 3 days then again problem started and when i took it back they changed its mother board (work order no SE310mMC110897). tis time it worked fine for 1 week and again problem started . this time they said they changed the connector but i din get any job sheet. this also failed in 2 days and now they have said me again they are going to change its mother board (work order no SE310MC111326)..

And wen i talked to customer care abt it they say straight on face u cant speak to a heigher official no matter wat u do .. wat ever ur prob is.. I THINK THIS KIND OF TREATMENT IS GIVEN ONLY TO INDIAN SONY CUSTOMERS IN THE WORLD. NEVER HEARD OF IT MY 23 YR LIFE.

Sony Ericsson — CHANGE OF HANDSET

I had bought a sony ericsson handset on 07th jun 09, but after one month it stopped working.When i took my handset to mobile store from where i had bought it, i was told to contact the company directly.Since that day i have been calling them on an average 5-6 times a dayto repair my handset and let me get back in the civilization, but till date i have had no respose from the coy, some times they tell me me it will take 7 days no sir 4 days and so on the story goes on and to add to my woes they don't bother to call me once to inform the present position of it.I have written a mail on their site also but no response from that side, it just shows what is the value of a customer for the company after the customer has made the mistake of buying a product from their coy.I am surprised by the response becoz a handset of 3 *1 inch can take 15 days(still no response) to be repaired i a place like delhi, just imagine somebody sitting in some other part of india.If some body can please advice me how to resolve this issue.

TVS servicing center — worthless service

four days before i give my bike apache for last free serviceing they nothing to do next 4 days than i abused them they simply wash even no one mechanic there who know detail about apache no teflon coting service theretotaly DUFFER & BLUNDER service center of Balaji TVS center bilaspur

With reference to my mobile complaint Model –W350i dated 24.09.2009 complaint no. SE309SSM10476/10667 & also complaint no. 85411902 on customer care with your Rohtak Service centre, & till date I have not get my mobile set, whenever I go for taking my device from your centre, the people give me a new complaint no. & answer given by them is that the device is going again for repair, This is a very shameful service given by a branded name & also pull down the brand to a customer, pl look into the matter & solve the problem within 24 hours or give me new mobile set or cost of mobile as per bill dated 08.11.08 amount – 6900/- or otherwise get ready to facing the Leagal & strigant action,

Sony Ericsson — worthless services

i got mobile handset T715 from poorvika seeing the long big advertisements shown in tv saying it has the largest and best selling.The next day itslef i found the memory slot not working .Seeing that went to poorvika velachery and asked him to check.ANd the all time best answer was that wer dont do services and since he has already sold it to me he would not be able to do any further help.AFter hearing his worhtless anwser asked him for were there are any service centre for ericson.he gave 3 addresses and of that 2 were unreachable and after finding the place by myself found it was closed.with the last choice of address went and asked him and he told we dont deal with problems in chip and when i told him i got from poorvika he told a ridiculous anser that poorvika are dealers and they dont have any connection with them.seems both poorvika and sony ericon are big cheaters all are ther untill u buy once u buy they are gone and we are left helpless.i would suggest please thnink twice or thrice before buying in poorvika because not only do they no help but even for service numbers they dont bother to give.i am now in full loss becasue of there bunch o[censored]seless serices form this velachery poorvika

Sony Ericsson w705 — Service of the handset

I submit my W705 on 1st july they asked about for three days after three days they about one week and now again they are asking about one week
I have never seen this kind o[censored]nprofessional service
Kindly arrange that part which is need to be repaired I would be thankful to you Thank you

i bought a sony ericcson w-705 on june 2009 n from very few days i hav been finding problems in my cellophone. during my warranty period i had prob of fone non-working of navigation bar and battery problem .they repaired it bt did not made any job sheet so that i cud not hav any proof
