This is my 6th visit to your service center in last one month and am not mobile because of numerous problems with your hand sets. I am loosing my faith in Sony brand and feeling helpless without my mobile despite spening more than INR 30K. I strongly feel that your Sony Xperia X10i phone has serious design / manufacturing problem and again requeste you to refund my money and compensate me for my visits to your service center and time I have lost being not mobile. Sony Ericsson/Mobile Xperia X10i — Repeated
This is to inform you that the Sony Ericsson Mobile Model Xperia X10i purchased by me in the month of June2010 has been giving me repeated problems within the Warranty period. i request you to kindly consider replacing the set. The set has been serviced three times .The invoice 7 the three service reports are enclosed.29%

sony ericsson / xperia x10i — the set is not working no they're not responding
i purchased a phone on 20 july 2010. and after purchasing the phone become dead after 3 days i used it. i give the phone to sony centre guwahati n they take almost 20 days n gave me a new phone as a replacement. but after using it again for 15 days it is againg giving error as no sim afater a regular interval n i have to restart the phone to get rid of the error. i gave the phone to sony centre again n they again toook 16 days to give me the phone in same state as it was before n tell me to directly go to the service centre. when i went there they are telling me it will again some days. m just got fed up n i want to request the honourable court to take some steps because the way they are treating me as i did some mistake buying the handset.
