Sony — handset not received from service

Dear sir,
I Yagnesh Thakkar request you to take up my issue in your show so that i can get my mobile hand set back given in service
Details in brief has follows
Compliant against:- Sony xperia
Model:- sony xperia sola (M27i)
Ticket Id No. :- [protected]
Date of submission:- 11 feb 2013(for service under warranty)
Work order :- Replacement of ON/OFF Key and Touch Pannel

While submitting i was told that i will receive it in 10 days.
i have been not given a phone from the company during service period
Till date they have not made spares available for my handset to service station at Baroda.

so i kindly request you to take my complaint into notice, so that i can get my phone as soon as possible
