[Resolved]  Sony — Poor service quality provided by the service centre

I have purchase Home Theatre system from ezone, Indore on 23.05.2010. The system was installed on 24.05.2010 in my home. However, after 2-3 days, the wires which were installed begin to fall from walls. I have lodged a complaint ( complaint no : 5372773) on 28.05.2010 for proper installation and redemo. However, till date no one has visited my house. My Drawing Room is looking weired and all of because of Sony . I want this mail to go to senior officials of Sony so that they can know the condition of "After sales service" provided by Sony. I am highly disappointed with your company response.

Totally a cheating providing manual job card to do fraud works and chaging the mother board to make the customer fool

I made complaint on 4th of Feb ref complaint no.9360097, they told checking charge Rs100/- and minimum service chargeRs600/-. The person came on 3rd day after my repeated calls the person came and he didn’t have ID card nor gave me job sheet and he took the mother board of my TV. Again after repeated calls after 3 days they gave estmn of Rs2100/-. I approved the estmn . The next day morning Ashok called me and informed me that my board is ready after words I received the call from the manager Mr. Gunaseelan stating that spare part is not available so it will 2 to 4 more days I told him that Ashok has called me before 1hr and informed me that the board is ready and you saying that part is waiting he told me that sorry sir I will call you back .Then next half hr Ashok reached my home and he fixed the board but the issue was not rectified and he didn’t collect the checking charge Rs100/- and went off. He didn’t advised me what to do next and told me that you didn’t call us so talk to costumer care. Is this the way authorized service centre people do?
Again I called toll free no. Mr. manish understood my issue and gave good response as said earlier charges Rs100 to 600/- Complaint no.9418053 dated 13 of Feb. I told manish clearly that I don’t want people from clarity service center. The same thing happened clarity service centre called me I was fed up and I, myself took the TV to service centre, They told that they will give me manual job sheet, I told him that I want only computerised job sheet after argument I showed my visiting card NOKIA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE they gave me a computerised job sheet after 2days of my repeated calls they gave me estmn of Rs7500/-, He told me that front panel of my TV has to replaced which comes with LCD . I told him my LCD was working fine then why are you charging for it, he knewed that I know technical things so he told me that technician has gone out so I will call you later but no response . I called up next day they told board has to be replaced .Then why they told me Rs 2000/- estmn and after words Rs7500/- for front panel and now Rs7500/- for board. What is happening, Is this a authorised service centre? .I called care line and I got the number of south head Ms. Susmitha, I called susmitha she told she will update by evening, she didn’t update me .After that I called susmitha from evening 3.30 to 5.00 my call was in waiting but no response. After that I called up care line they gave me alternate number, after that David spoke to me, I told him all the issues he reverted me in 15 min that susmitha will call next day .Next day morning she called me told Rs7500/- as estmn for board. My third complaint no 9516194 dated 27th but no response ?
