[Resolved] Sony LCD Bravia Monolithic Design — Installation

Hi All,
I have purchased Sony LCD Bravia (Mono Lithic Design) on 03-Jun-10 from Home Town. Advance Receipt No. 4041388. Until today the installation guys have not turned up. From the past 6 days they are giving me every day a new time and I suspend all my activities so that I can get this fixed, only to find the installation person doesn't turn-up. I spent 43,000 for the Television, but the sad part is I had to put 4 half day leaves until now to get this done and that costs me another 10,000 as salary cut. Even now the installation has not been done.

I have made calls to home town and where in-turn Home Town follows-up with Sony Support Center. And every day Sony Personal keeps postponing by assuring 100% job completion the next day.

Now all this has put a dent in my confidence against Sony as a company.

Hometown/Sony Bravia — New LCD Sony Bravia not working

We bought Sony LCD TV, NX500 from Home Town, GIP, Noida and there is no sound coming since the time we have brought , Sony complain # 7048886 logged but no action taken since last 4 working days.
