Sony LCD Bravia — Sony LCD Bravia not getting switched on

We bought Sony LCD Bravia from Vasanth & Co, velachery branch in October 2012. Within 4 months, the TV is not getting switched on and the LED is not glowing. Contacted sony customer care[protected] days back and they told it will be attended within 48 hours but still no engineer came to my house. When contacted customer care twice, they told engineer will come. Complaint number 13371000.
