[Resolved]  Sony LCD Ex300 — Disappointment on New TV

I puchased Sony KLV-32EX300 IN5 model LCD TV on 01-Nov-2010 from TATA Croma dealer,the engineer came for installation on 02-Nov-2010. The problem started from 05-nov-2010 and there was no one to look at it and we could not watch any Diwali program.

I haven't experienced such worst product ever, an LCD TV giving problem just within a week.

Problem:

LCD TV is getting switched off very often on its own. I went through the manual and checked all the settings like Timer, factory settings etc and also tried re-setting the Factory setting but still the problem exists.

We purchase Sony brand assuming its one of the best brands in LCD but reality is Sony is not a good brand. Called the customer care and they have lodged a complaint.

Bottom line i am very dissapointed with the new TV and the brand Sony.
