Sony — Malfunctioning of LCD T.V.

Sir, I have purchased a lcd model no. KLV-32CX320, Serial no. 7003640 on 22-may-2011 from Siddharth Digital World, E-56, Laxmi Nagar, Vikas Marg, Delhi. From past 20 days, when i switch on the lcd it works for 2-3 hours and then its picture goes out while remaining sound on. I showed it to Unique Quality Experts which is a Sony Authorised Service Centre in Meerut, Job no: J31905583 dated[protected], they made an estimate of Rs.7756/- for repairing it which is totally wrong in my opinion, while it is a manufacturing defect as LCD is working for first 2 -3 hours.
