Sony — Refused to servicing in warranty period | |||
Sir, i have purchased a Sony vaio laptop on 27.03.2012 which is in warranty period, my laptop display has vanished automatically without any physical impact to it. when I contacted to the dealer (Super computer Amravati), he is refusing to service it at free of cost as it is in warranty period,instead he is stating that display problem is not covered in the warranty, and demanding for the extra service charge of 5000 rupees.
