Sony — Sony Vaio Service Playing Tricks

My Laptop is Sony Vaio laptop of model number SVE1116EN.It was in the month of January that my keyboard started malfunctioning,Being Covered Under Warranty i took it to the Service Center in Gurgaon and submitted it for repaired.It was Repaired and Returned Successfully but one day after the repair,laptop screen showed dark patches at center and extremely uncleared display elsewhere on the screen.I had a talk about this with the guy at Service Center who denied to listen anything regarding Laptop Screen and stated that Sony Vaio does not provide warranty with Laptop Screen and the repair cost would be Rs10,500(1/4th of the original price of laptop).When I filled the service request form in Sony India's Website i got a email reply which asked for the photographs of the symptoms appearing in the screen,which is very much contrary to what the service center people said.Although i have replied to them several times with the photographs and i am doing it since 15th january 2013(nearly 2 months),they always fail to receive the email which has photo attachment.Thinking Something is wrong with them emails,i uploaded the photos on google plus profile and sent them the link:https://plus.google.com/100035881733520011875/posts but this time too they failed to receive the photographs stating that the link is not accessible?
The Laptop Does not Have any External sign of physical damage to the screen.
It seems that they are deliberately delaying each and every way of claiming warranty.
Is this the way Big Brands are Suppose to work?
