Sony — speakers failure

i bought the laptop on 14/07/2010. already two complaints are registered at vijayawada service center, but third complaint is registered today i.e;speakers not working properly in short period of time problems are more please give the solution for this problems to my MAIL([protected]@gmail.com) or cal me to ([protected]) please give me the immediate response for this complaint
