[Resolved]  Sony / Walkman N50 — not working

i have this sony walkman N50 2GB... when i switch on it displays BOOTING ERROR SHUTTING DOWN...now what should i do ...should i format it???

i have this Sony Walkman N50 1GB, when i switch on it displays "HOLD"i format it, then it displays format error...now what should i do?please replay me
i have this Sony Walkman N50, it doesn't switch on at all?? it has already been repaired at a certified dealer for similar problems 3 months ago..
