Spice — HANDSET WAS SOLD ON HIGHER PRICE
I brought a SPICE D-88 Glod handset from Hotspot showroom or outlet in Sec-25, Spice world, Noida on 10 june 2009 for Rs 7400. But actual Price of the set on same day was revised to Rs 6820. Which i came to know from other Hotspot showroom in Gaur Green, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad.When i cantact and informed the same to the store manager Mr. Mayank (Hotspot in sec-25, Noida), he said he has no idea of price being updated and reject any change in price. And has no reply on what should i do.
Hotspot being a centralized outlet should have a consistance price of all products all over its outlets. This discrepancy is effecting trust of Hotspot brand and there product quality, causing confusion that Hotspot is trust worthy or not, Are they selling orignal product at their outlets or there can be some duplication in products or different outlets are fooling their customers and setting products price at their own will. This is NOT EXPECTABLE from such a brand.
Please do guide me what should i do or try these things to be avoided in future.
