[Resolved] Spice — Non Delivery | |
I have booked Spice Mobile S-640 in October 2007 I got SMS on 28/10/2007 for order confirmation. No. is[protected] I was informed that product will reach within 14 days. But till today 28.11.2007 I have not received yet. I called up 3-4 times but every time a I was asked to wait for a week. An amount of Rs. 3000 was immediatelt debited to credit card. I was denied the EMI facility and cheque pick up facility whcih was given in Loksatta (Marathi News papar) I think if you do not have products to sell then you should not advertise the same and also do not collect the money from the people. Now I would like to have the product before Friday else money should be credited to my credit card along with interest. Was this information helpful? | |

my name is paramjit Singh & i take connection on behalf of my father's name S. Bahadur Singh. my mobile and my sim no. has been lost while i seen picture in preet cinema in ludhiana, my mobile is 1208 of nokia & my sim is spcie, no. [protected], my mobile has been lost on apr 13th 2008, i take one year validity, and in which blanance was near about 30 to 35, my no. is use by other person, what should i have to do. Cutomer Care advised me that i should F.I.R in p.t. and after that they give me new sim.

IN THE RECENT IMEI NUMBER PROBLEMS SPICE HAS CHEATED LAKHS OF CUSTOMERS AND ALSO THE GOVT. OF INDIA. BUT NOBODY IS TAKING ACTION.
