[Resolved]  Spice — BILL

my name is ashish im from chandigarh. 4 monts ago spice telecom they trick me as i was having a caller song service which i requested them to disconnected on the last billing cycle date by sending them the SMS but next day i found the service of caller song is still going on, i called up their customer service and they give me an excuse that maybe u send the sms in lower case ...next month again i send them the message to deactivate the caller song service in the format which the explained me and again in the next billing cycle i found that the services are still working. i called up their customer service and they replied that they didnt recieved any request. i told them that i recieved the delievery report of that sms and a sms from spice confirming the deactivation of the services but any how the made some excuses.
i simply mentioned them that im having 4 spice connections and im not going to pay the bill of all the 4 connections until they disconnect my caller song service and give me the refund and then they give me the refund.

so i want all the people to follow some steps :
1. never delete the call log history for the calls which u make to any CC center of any company
2. i[censored]r talking to any CC executive ask their name and employee ID
3. now days many multimedia handsets are having an option of call recording so u can record the conversation

I am having spice postpaid connection Number is [protected]. i paid my bill on 1382008 at MOBILE LINKS MAIN CHOWK SHAKTI NAGAR, AMRITSAR PAYMENT IS OF RS.500 BUT TILL TODAY 19/8/2008 MY PAYMENT IS NOT ADJUSTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND EXXEEDED MY CRIDIT LIMIT. I AM VERY FED UP WITH THIS PROBLEM IF IT WOULD NOT B SOUGHT OUT I HAVE 2 TAKE THEM IN COURT.

I am sanjeev having spice postpaid connection from more than 7 months just few days ago an amount of Rs.44 added extra in my bill get me details of that amount .
