[Resolved] Spice Mobile Phone — PRODUCT NOT GOOD NEITHER PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE | |||
My spice mobile handset QT-60 is having problems- Automatic switch off, hang, vibrator problem, white display, phone get switch off during the call anytime. I have given my mobile set at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi spice service center 6 times with the same problems. Everytime when i go there at the laxmi nagar service center to receive my handset the set seems fine but again after using the phone for a day or 2, i faced the same problems. When i give my phone for 3rd time there at the laxmi nagar service center I was assured that this time my handset will get replaced but i again got the same handset with the same issues. I also had a word with their service head of the laxmi nagar center , with Mr. Shailnder, he also assured me for the same but of no use. Handset Name: spice QT-60 IMEI no. Spice Mobile — product not good neither providing service
i have brought a spice mobile 4580 after some time its light start flickering, and they are not providing service also. its really frustating that new mobile is not worlingSpice Mobile Phone — dual sim not working
Recent my wife bought a dual sim spice mobile phone (Model no. M-5252) and two prepaid sim has been inserted one of assam and the other of west bengal. Just yesterday afternoon at 5.00 pm she along with my 4 years daughter boarded on a train heading towards south bengal just this morning I got 2 missed calls at 5.05 am and 5.20 am from the assam prepaid no. which was not supposed to work in bengal since then I tried to contact the two prepaid nos but could not contact . spice qt — not providing good service
sir,i Divjot singh, bought a spice handset model no. qt-68 . Their representative told me me that the mobile will be having 7 days replacement warranty but when my mobile's wiffi and some application stopped working within 2 days i went to service center but they told me that the replacement warranty was valid upto 24 hours. I was cheated by them. Even i complaint to the concerned authorities many times but they turned deaf ears to me. So i request you to take strict action against them as soon as possible.

According to Airtel the IMEI number is Invalid and my "sim card registration failed".
