[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — clearing / dishonoured of cheque | |
A cheq no. 257985/16/10/07 for Rs. 17000/- drawan on Canara Bank Janpath depsoited on 23/10/07 & send for clg. by bank on 24/10/07 & credited by bank on 29/10/07 after 6 days , In between a cheque of Rs. 3513/- LIC of india presented in bank on 27/10/07 & it was dishonoured by bank on 27/10/07 at 9.25 AM and a amount of Rs. 337/- debited for the same Pls. help and lodge a complaint for delay in crediting the amount by bank & dishonoured of cheque Was this information helpful? | |

Standard Chartered Bank — cheque submitted
i am kamal sony working in a pvt.ltd co. & i got one cheque of rs.m 3000 from my co. & i submitted tht cheque in standard chartered bank ATM in lajpat nagar on 6th of oct. but stll tht money has not been credited in my account. now when i called them for the money they are saying tht they are not able to find my cheque. i am in need of money but due to their mistake i am suffering a lot.my contact no. is [protected]

Standard Chartered — Cheque Clearence issue
Where should I go for Help !!!I am a resident of Noida City, Satcom Engineer by profession. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction at poor service provided by Standard Chartered Bank .
I have submitted the cheque on 15th july, 2008 of Deutsche Bank having no. 635259 at Brahm dutta Tower, Noida along with photo id and application of being same person as my name written over the cheque is YOGENDRA MISHRA and account having YOGENDRA NARAYAN MISHRA.After completing all process, I got the deposit slip of submittion of cheque.BUT till now (7/08/08) I didn, t get it in my account
I called to customer care of SC and lodged the complaint there thats no. is abhisk/LC/0808/1.He gve the assurance to me that within 48 hrs u would be getting the call from our executive, but no call I got it.
I went to ATTA branch of SC on 2/08/08 and I explained the aforesaid problem to Miss Vidhi, She assuerd me that after two days (4/08/08)you will get your cheque in SC Branch and after that you have to follow again that process, BUT when I called that day no one is picking up the phone.
When I called the manager of that company, he told that this is not the proper place to ask.And said me to call on customer care no.
In these cicumstances I really get frustated and feeling helpless.
I know that Standard Chartered Bank is very Big brand. But these type of inconvenience loose customers.
