I AM ONE OF A VERY OLD (CREDIT CARD HOLDER ) CUSTOMER OF STANDARD CHARTERED BANK . I AM TAKEN ONE ACCIDENT PROTECTION INSURANCE POLICY (COVERAGE AMOUNT 10 LACS ) THROUGH SCB (INSURANCE CO. THE ROYAL SUNDARAM INSURANCE CO.) APPROX. 8-10 YEARS BACK, EVERY MONTH SCB HAS CHARGES(DEBITED) THEIR PREMIUM TO MY MONTHLY STATEMENT. I AM PAYING PREMIUM SINCE 8-10 YEARS BUT,UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NOTED THAT, LAST DECEMBER'10 STATEMENT THEY DON'T CHARGED THE SAID PREMIUM . SINCE THEN I HAVE TALK TO THEIR HELPLINE AND WRITTEN EMAIL TO THEM SEVERAL TIME, THEIR EXECUTIVE WERE EVERY TIME TOLD ME THAT, WITHIN 24 HOURS OUR CONCERNED DEPARTMENT WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU, BUT NOBODY HAS GIVEN PROPER ACTION, EVEN THEIR EMAIL REPLY ALSO NOT IN A POINT, THEY TRY TO DIVERT THE CASE. EVEN LAST JANUARY'11 STATEMENT THEY ALSO NOT CHARGED THE INSURANCE PREMIUM. I AM REALLY SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT, ONE OF A VERY BIG INTERNATIONAL BANK LIKE SCB HAS DOING THIS TYPE OF CHEATING . HOW THEY HAVE DONE LIKE THIS WITHOUT MY INSTRUCTION. AND NOW THEY HAVE TRIED TO DIVERT THIS CASE. NOW YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE , HELP ME AND ADVICE ME HOW I WILL SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, I AM ALREADY SPENT MONEY SINCE 8-10 YEARS, I AM AWAITING FOR YOUR VALUABLE ACTION IN THIS CASE AND YOUR REPLY.
